ROTTEN BLOOM

Rotten Bloom is the visual portrait of an alter ego who lives in the night, on the edge between reality and dream, between desire and repression. 

 

The protagonist is a genderless creature who lives at night to feel alive, to escape a reality that runs and demands perfection without pauses. During the day she survives, emptied, dragging a body that hides what it really is under duties and expectations. 

 

This editorial is a hymn to burning youth, to the freedom of chaos, to nightlife as the last refuge of identity. It is an aesthetic that blends glamour with the grotesque, luxury with the ruined, elegance with the used. 

 

Rotten Bloom is about beauty that gets dirty, the identity that reinvents itself between techno, punk, sweat and desire. A celebration of everything that is invisible during the day but shines in the night. 

 

The flowers represent the youth that withers too quickly, consumed by the desire to exist intensely, even if only for one night. Rotten Bloom is a metaphor for an identity that blossoms just as it is consumed. Decomposition is not the end, but the exact moment when something authentic emerges.
